Vicky is an administrator, educator and consultant working to revolutionize education by helping teachers and administrators explore the vast possibilities technology can bring to student learning. She is the Director of Technology & Innovation for Payson USD, an Academic Associate at Arizona State University, and the owner and EdTech Specialist at Techucation, LLC. A former technology director in Chicago Public Schools, she has been a leader in facilitating innovative uses of technology in education since 1999. As a digital learning advisor, Vicky has helped schools throughout the country build and execute strategic plans to enhance learning through mobile computing programs. She serves on the Arizona Department of Education Technology Standards team, the CDWG Educational Advisory Board, is a Google for Education Certified Trainer, and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer. Vicky holds a B.S. in Psychology, a M.Ed. in Educational Technology and has presented at conferences throughout the country.
